1. Payments & Pricing

All product prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be authorized and received in full prior to order fulfillment. Titan Engineering Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to correct typographical pricing errors and cancel orders arising from erroneous listings.

2. Order Processing & Acceptance

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute final contract acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or limit quantity on any order for operational, inventory, or regulatory reasons. Staged orders are processed at our Jacksonville, Florida logistics center within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the commercial freight carrier. Stated transit schedules (3 to 7 business days) are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Titan Engineering Manufacturing LLC is not liable for carrier transit delays resulting from weather or operational disruptions.

4. Product Compatibility & Vehicle Fitment

Vehicle compatibility data provided on our site is intended as a general technical reference. The customer remains strictly responsible for verifying that the purchased component's OE interchange number, connector configuration, and physical specifications match their vehicle's exact make, model, year, and engine displacement before installation.

5. Warranties Where Applicable

Products distributed by Titan Engineering Manufacturing LLC may carry limited manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship, where applicable. Warranties do not cover failures resulting from improper installation, race or modified vehicle use, fuel contamination, electrical short circuits, or unauthorized disassembly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping credentials, inspect parts immediately upon arrival, and ensure that all fuel and emissions components are installed by qualified technicians in accordance with factory repair procedures.
